AA Alive HACCP Consulting is the food safety arm of AA Alive Sdn Bhd — a Malaysian group that runs licensed, audited businesses of its own and consults on certification for other companies.
The practice
AA Alive Sdn Bhd was founded in 2016 by Evin Lim. The group supplies medical equipment under its own licence, and its consulting practice takes companies through certification: ISO 9001 at isoconsultantmalaysia.com, ISO 14001 at esgiso.com, and ISO 13485 and GDPMD at iso13485.my. HACCP consulting applies the same discipline to food businesses.
That discipline is simple to state. A food safety system has to work at the end of a long shift, when the probe thermometer is in the wrong drawer and the delivery is early. We write procedures your people can actually follow, keep the records light enough that they get filled in, and test the system with an internal audit before anyone from outside sees it.
We prepare you. Someone independent certifies you.
We never certify our own clients. The audit that leads to your certificate is carried out either by the Ministry of Health or by an independent certification body. A consultant who issues the certificate for a system they wrote has a conflict of interest, and buyers know it. Our job is to get you ready for that audit and to stand beside you while it happens.
